I'm back..

Recreational internet activity at work has had to come to halt (indefinitely) and since I am the only person in the world without internet at home it’s SO hard for me to blog like I should.. err, want to.

I went to court (FINALLY) this past week and now have a set schedule/child support system.. aka.. Miss Ashtyn can’t be taken or kept from me whenever ‘he who shunt be named’ get mad at me, and also means when the check starts coming though school will be paid on time and I won’t have to miss work/bring Ashtyn to work with me on busy days/find a last minute sitter because the director say’s ‘I’m sorry you can’t leave her here b/c her school wasn’t paid.’ Yaay!

Ashytn is 2, going on 16.. She needs, not wants, certain things like chocolate milk with a straw and sunglasses when the sun is ‘hot in my eyes’ and a purse for her ‘mateup’. Diva in training, and I’ve been warned, it only gets worse. I need prayer.

My Star Wars loving, school hating 5 year old grown man is doing great. For a little while he was a bit on the ‘I don’t want to listen to my mom’ and ‘smart mouth’ stage but luckily for him (me too, but him mostly) it didn’t last long. He has a tonsillectomy and recovered fine with only a bit of a voice change. He sleeps so much better.. And so do I. He was a bit of a snorer’ before the surgery.

Gavin got to go see one of his FAVE people Ashley and baby Addie. He loves Addie.

Halloween was so much fun! Ashtyn was a bumble bee (inspired by the infamous song ‘I’m bringing home a baby bumble bee...” which is Ash’s FAVE!) and Gavin was a Clone Trooper, of course, inspired by the ever-so-famous Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. Gavin is a ‘bad guys’ fan, just like his mom... Ehh. I tried (as well as my mom) to get Gavin to be Darth Vader, and when I asked him why he wouldn’t be him his answer; “I gotta be a clone trooper for the gun.” Evidently having every color of light sabers isn’t enough.

With their Baby Boomboom!
